Financial and Securities Institute (FSI) of Renmin University of China(RUC) is a professional research institute ,established   by Renmin University of China, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations under the approval by relevant authority.
    FSI grows with the development of capital market in China. Given the resources sharing of business –education –research as its corporate philosophy, ever since its establishment in 1993,FSI has made great progress and become a reputable professional research institute in finance and securities sector. Backed up by the famous Renmin University, FSI has built a renowned core expert group, among them are: renowned finance and securities expert Mr. Wu Xiaoqiu, investment banking expert Mr. Wang Mingfu, management consulting expert Mr. Peng Jianfeng, Mr. Shi Wei, venture capital investment expert Ms. Liu Manhong, investment fund expert Mr. Ma Qingquan, international finance expert Mr. Chen Yulu, securities law expert Mr. Dong Ansheng, corporate finance expert Mr. Zhou Xinchang, risk management expert Mr. Zhao Xijun, company law expert Mr. Ye Lin, E-finance expert Mr. Liu Zhenya, financial engineering expert Mr. Lin Qingquan, commercial bank consulting expert Ms. Zhuang Yumin, etc. In addition, there are more than 20 experienced investment-banking professionals, business law professionals, management consulting experts and corporate finance experts. In total, there are 50 professionals in FSI, 25 of them hold doctorate degrees in economics, laws, management science and natural science.
    Since its founding, FSI has provided services, in respects of market survey, investment planning, corporate restructuring, with a number of well know companies such as Motorala, Qinghua Tongfang, Shuanghe Yaoye, Ranqi, Xinjiang Tunhe, Xianghuoju, etc. The training progress offered by FSI were attended and praised by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the China Construction Bank, China Investment Company, Southern Securities Company, Xingye Securities Company, Beijing International Investment Company, and Beijing Mobile Communication. With the aim to make contribution to the development of financial and securities markets in China, FSI combines academic study with practical business activities. The “ China Capital Market Forum” organized by FSI has become an annual theoretical and political summit on China capital market attended by academic gurus, business elites, and government officials. The “FSI Annual Report on China Securities Market” (series) compiled and derived from the speech on this meeting is one of the most acclaimed publications on stock market analysis and prediction.
